Our roots run deep in Michigan and are looking to expand our team throughout the State!  Our first location is currently operating in Omer, MI with locations soon the come in Bay City, Vasser, Lansing & Jackson. We pride ourselves in a patient experience that is second to none, whether the patient is new to the cannabis lifestyle or a seasoned veteran. Requirements :

• A passion for cannabis & general knowledge of cannabis & other cannabis related products
• Must be dependable & trustworthy
• A positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to work 8-12 hour days, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed (Hours of operation: 7 days a week, 10am-8pm)
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must posses valid MMP Card
• Must posses valid MI Drivers License or State ID
• Be able to remain in compliance of all State & Happy Life Cannabis Co. regulations
• Previous retail/retail management/P.O.S. experience and/or dispensary experience is required
• Previous experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment

Duties include but not limited to :

• Answering the phone and greeting walk-in patients with a high level of enthusiasm
• Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system
• Correct cash handling and discount application
• Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)
• Store organization and cleaning/cleanliness
• Displays/Merchandising
• Accurate use of scale & familiarity of units of measurement
• Daily communication with Inventory manager & Management team

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
